Why was My review taken down? Not what Ryan homes Anderson farms wanted posted? Why is there an employee of Ryan homes 5 star review posted? That's a little Bias. This job site has been nothing but been a challenge from day one. Miss reputation from sales, construction defects, wrong items installed, and worst of all unit not ready at closing. Don't do it.... standing water during and after a rain event. Tried to fix it twice but with no supervision still holds water. Warranty office answers have been.... you have to wait 48 hrs, your house is too close together, no sun. Really those are the answers I get. I spent over $350,000 on this home.... no one would accept this. I have a freaking river between my house and neighbors!!! Basically you're screwed after you sign the papers. Warranty office is a joke.
Love our house. We went to look at the townhomes, as we thought they had the perfect floor plan. Ended up with the cottage, the smallest of the bunch. As another reviewer mentioned, in our case, we could have afforded many of the models, but the Henry stole my heart. It is sweet, well built, and I smile just writing the review. Come and be my neighbor! Only advice is people seem disgruntled with the mortgage company Ryan uses. All the salespeople are great. We had Laura and wanted to adopt her.
The Ryan home purchase was seamless with the experience and insight of Leah Carpenter. Subsequent, build and move in, handled by Nick Muzzi was also very easy. Thanks to all at Ryan for a job well done!

Please save your money! I had a home built in 2023 by Ryan Homes in Elmwood Cottages. It has been the worst experience of my life! They put in the cheapest appliances they could find. I have already had to buy a new washer and dryer. The dishwasher doesn’t work and the oven doesn’t work! I can’t even cook anything and with the holidays coming up, I will have to dine out. I can’t even invite anyone over for dinner. When my appliances were under warranty, a General Electric technician came out and didn’t do anything, jus... read more
