This is a beautiful home if you can afford this it would make a great family home in the Nashville area but keep in mind the price you see online is not the price you may be paying in mortgage a month

My Ryan's Home Nightmare!!! During the initial meeting with NVR's finance team their communication was not up to par. I would call, text or email with no response for a day or two. I had a question as soon as we ended our call so I sent a quick text. That response came a day and a half later. I was promised the documents would be sent right over. I would like to keep this review as informal as possible because I wouldn’t wanna read someone else’s chatgpt review. I might not be as experienced as most homeowners (I’m 23), but I do understand the responsibility that comes with it. I didnt have a lot to go off of on this specific community and basically threw a dart blind. I want to highlight a serious concern with the landscaping and sod installation throughout the Fox Valley subdivision. Based on what I’ve personally observed, the grass and new sod being installed are unlikely to survive long-term due to improper ground preparation. There appears to be little to no quality topsoil added before the sod is laid. The landscaping of common areas throughout the subdivision is disappointing and poorly maintained. While the builder clearly prioritizes keeping the sales office at the entrance looking pristine, the rest of the neighborhood is largely ignored. Plants in common areas look stressed or dead, and there’s no sense of planning or cohesion in the design. For a community that’s supposed to be well-kept and attractive, the landscaping seriously drags down the overall appearance. It feels neglected and unfinished.
