We were searching for a home with a first floor master bedroom for my step mom. We went to see about a dozen in various 55 and over communities. There are trade offs in these communities. Property size and restrictive rules. We found this Ryan home community close to where I live. It turns out Ryan had a floor plan that was similar to what we had already seen.
