I would choose 0 stars if possible. Be 100% sure you want the townhouse you’re placing a deposit for or there is a good chance you will need to hire a lawyer to get your deposit back. I had to consult 2 lawyers in order to get ANY communication with Ryan Homes and NVR mortgage about returning my $4,000 deposit back. If I didn’t get a lawyer Iam almost certain they would have tried to keep my deposit. They now have the two biggest realtor companies in the area on the don’t do business with list.
