I moved in 3 years ago and it was and still is a positive experience . Any maintenance issues were responded to and taken care of right away. This community is welcoming and I have made several friendships. If you are looking for a place to settle down into a beautiful new home, I recommend you visit our community.
Beware... The sales process is a nightmare and they will sell the site right out from under you.
Cookie cutter homes not for me
This is a new build community and the developer won't install grass in the green space common areas. I called the management company to get information on a plan for the green space which as looked like a dirt pit for a year, they had none, sent me to Ryan Homes. Ryan Homes said it wasn't their problem and to deal with the management company. Long story short, people have had unusable green space and ugly dirt pits for over a year
I was extremely happy with Ryan Homes I& Tanya made the whole process easy peasy!!!!
