We started the building process in July 2022, closed in Nov 2022. I was told that the landscape would be completely done in spring of 2023 due to the winter months (makes sense). It's now been 9 months and no landscaping as promised. PM John doesn't follow through. Our final grading still hasn't passed the city code so landscape Contractors will NOT be scheduled for this reason. SERIOUSLY IT'S BEEN 9 MONTHS NOW AND STILL, NO FINAL GRADING. My mom and I are currently building in this community from Florida. We have been getting weekly pictures from John Petrus who has been phenomenal in keeping us in the loop on the progress of our home. It's amazing to see how much is completed each week. I cant wait to see the home in person for the first time and to get closer to family!
