edit: I am leaving a 1-star review. I have been in my home for over a year and still chasing down Ryan Homes Warranty division to get work completed that should have been caught my Quality Control. Everyone I've dealt with is just a slough of excuses... It's like an entire team of people who pride on not taking any accountability, for anything. I am going to leave a 2-star because I did have a great experience with the sales team and initially with our project manager. The quality of the home is definitely lacking, and there... read more
We just purchased. So far it has been a complete pleasure working with Hind with Ryan Homes, and Matt Jenkins, from NVR. Our home is expected to be finished in September. Very excited and optimistic all will be completed as planned.
