Ryan Homes' decision to stop working with agents representing qualified buyers directly increases costs for our clients. It’s a disappointing and short-sighted business practice.
The workers they hire have no respect for the people that are already established in the area. We have had our driveway shut down for two days due to the construction next to us. Then they left cement dripped all over our driveway. I’ve had the best experience building a home with Ryan Homes. We have been living in our house for 6 months now and we have not had a single problem that wasn’t immediately addressed by Jeff or someone else on the team. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, we couldn’t have asked for a better builder. They are working on some homes across the street from us and they always have the road cleaned up by 5 every workday. This has been the best neighborhood we have lived in, in Dekalb!
