How unpleasant is it to purchase a home with an unpleasant, unfriendly, poker face manager and cold. I gave her positive, uplifting advice, and she told me she won’t sell a house to me. If that is the beginning of interacting with her, I can imagine how more unpleasant the process would have been during the construction process. Thank you, J, for saving me from bad moments by not buying in the location you work for.

My clients are building here and close soon !! If all deadlines are met, we will close before Christmas !! Service from the ladies up front have always been great from day one! So far I’ve heard that their build time is about 4 months once permits are filed. Which is excellent to hear for my clients sake!! From what I hear this community is nearly sold out !
