My nephew just moved in. Beautiful community. Indidnt rate it 5 because I've only been there once. But, again, nice, quiet polite [ a neighbor actually said hello. We had a small simple conversation. So again, community wise, I'd move there. Just saying You will not find many neighborhoods today where it functions like it sounds. Everyone is 99% disconnected. When you do find them know they are the outliers now unfortunately. Sad but true.
Not one wall straight and the concrete had more waves than Bethany beach!
