We signed a contract with Ryan Homes Creekstone Villas in November for a new house to be built soon and are so happy. The location is fantastic, with Travelers Rest and downtown Greenville right there. We can also enjoy the Swamp Rabbit Trail down the road. Shawn Codd has helped us along the way making sure everything is going smoothly. My wife and I cannot wait to make this our forever home.

My husband and I moved to The Creekstone Villas 10 months ago and we truly Love the neighborhood. The experience with Shawn Codd was excellent! She met all of our expectations and John Christmas was an awesome Project manager. I would recommend this community for your new home .
I really don't care for the place. They tell you when selling you that you won't hear your neighbors through the walls as they insulate well to keep it from happening. This is a lie. Every time your neighbor opens their garage you will be aware as you will hear it through your living room wall. If your neighbors are on their patio if you are in the master bedroom you will be hearing their conversations.The HOA fee is high, but there really are no amenities other than lawn care which shouldn't cost between 130-150 bucks a mon... read more
