We just bought a house at Creekside PA. It was super easy to work with Tom Kopp, he made very stressful process of building and buying new house super easy and enjoyable.Tom is very knowledgeable, he walked us through every step of the process. Tom Koop is an amazing sales person! Loaded with great information and quick to follow up on anything he needs to ask about. Great communication, very welcoming even with our multiple return visits! The community itself is beautiful and quiet, and houses are being spaced apart nicely for a new construction neighborhood. Thanks for everything Tom!!
This place is awesome. All appliances included, sodded front yards, two car garages, smart thermostat, included 1 year of True Green, and the prices are affordable. Did I mention the homes are super efficient and extremely well built. Tom Mcbride, the project manager, is awesome. Super easy to work with, extremely resourceful and handles your every concern efficiently and effectively. This is actually the second house I have built with Tom and he always exceeds expectations. Kudos to Ryan Homes.
