Originally i wrote a good review until i actually moved in and realized that everyone that works in this community is a liar and is only in it to get your money. Lets start with patrick who lied to us about everything 1. Lawn maintenance was apparently included in your HOA even if you had a fence well thats a lie if you have a fence its up to you to cut and maintain your lawn 2nd lie from patrick was about the low voltage closet that it would have a built in media box to hide your router also false. By far the worst home buying experience I've ever had ,if I could do it over I would have chosen Niblock homes. Patrick was very unprofessional when I came to deliver the down payment. The counter tops aren't the same ones I was shown in the model. Our Target move in date was 3 months late very disappointed by the customer service at this home site
Patrick is by far the best sales representative we have ever worked with! He was very friendly and very welcoming! He made the process of us purchasing a new home at ryan homes a breeze! He helped in every way possible to get us the home that fits out family needs! This neighborhood is beautiful and the prices are amazing for the houses you can get! Thank you again patrick for all your help we are very grateful for everything!
