I cannot express enough how amazing Miryan Garcia was in this entire process. Myrian always went above and beyond to make sure any issues that came up was taken care of immediately. She was always very profesional and it’s exeptionally good at her job. She cares about the homeowners and ensures a seamless process when it comes to any warranty tickets. She is very knowledgeable and it’s very apparent she loves what she does.
Had an issue almost a year after moving in but it was resolved fairly quickly. Mike the contractor has been very helpful since day 1. The man is honest and tries his best to resolve any issues and concerns. He will still take care of you after your closing.
My first home buying experience has been amazing thanks to the staff of Ryan Homes Costa Blanca and NVR Team!
