My husband and I had been looking for a home in Florida for over a year. Our son encouraged us to look at the Copper Creek neighborhood in New Smyrna Beach. This was my husband and I's first experience with building a home so we really had no idea what to expect. Payton at our first meeting was so sweet and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Working with Ben was also a great experience. He was so patient with us and all our questions and really went above and beyond to get us everything we wanted.
