The most beautiful house we’ve owned! (And that includes our first home in California). The work done by Drew was amazing! A+ They are willing to fix things within the first year and offer a paint redo within the first 11 months. Nicole was so nice to work with! This community is peaceful and has a gym, splash pad for kids, and a nice pool with swim up chairs. It has a resort-like feel to it.
My wife and I were interested in moving somewhere close to Delaware Beach. We came upon compass point and were immediately impressed with the look of the development. Then we went in the model home and met Nikki. What a wonderful representative for your company. She was courteous, professional very well educated on every aspect of the property.
