We purchased our new home in December 2024. Being from out of state, we were concerned about the build process and how we would stay connected. I appreciate the care Drew and his team took to build my new home. I was informed every step of the way. I will not hesitate to recommend Ryan Homes and/or Compass Point.
I would have to rescind my initial review due to the vendors that Ryan homes has chosen. The wiring for my furnace that operates my heating and cooling has nor been wired incorrectly has well has dampers in the basement that was not installed and is missing in order for my unit to operate effectively and not to mention the 2 thermostats that has been inoperable since summer. We are very happy with the home we had built by Ryan Homes in Lewes DE. We met with Meredith who explained the process and helped us with our selections. When they broke ground, we worked with Nick our project manager. Nick did a great job keeping us informed throughout the building project. Everything went smoothly and we are happy with our choice to work with the team at Ryan Homes.
