We are very happy with the home we had built by Ryan Homes in Lewes DE. We met with Meredith who explained the process and helped us with our selections. When they broke ground, we worked with Nick our project manager. Nick did a great job keeping us informed throughout the building project. Everything went smoothly and we are happy with our choice to work with the team at Ryan Homes.
This was our second time buying with Ryan Homes, and we could not have had a more positive build experience with the Compass Point team. Our Family moved into Compass Point about 6 months ago, from out of state. We have been in our new Ryan home for almost 4 months. Our experience with the Sales agents, Construction Manager and Loan officers have been a total positive experience. Everyone has been very knowledgeable, professional and cordial. They respond to your questions in detail and without hesitation. We've started meeting other neighbors and they are very friendly, outgoing and welcoming to all newcomers. We love the location here at Compass Point. It is central to many areas. We highly recommend our great community!
