RYAN HOMES: You can do better. If you’re looking to buy, keep looking. Ryan Homes look nice, have pretty good floor plans BUT, they do a horrible job at putting them together. Our home is consistent with many of the others, in that they have numerous defects that have lead to constant little battles with Ryan management to make things right. We purchased our home in October 2024. Would I recommend Ryan Homes to build you a home - 100%. The process was as smooth as silk, from start to finish and even after we closed. During the process of building our home, we received weekly updates with videos of the progress. Which was great to see and share with our family. The PM Kevin and Ben were outstanding and would walked you through the whole process of the building aspect. Did I mention the house was built on time? It wasn't, it was finished 2 weeks EARLY.
