We purchased our home in October 2024. Would I recommend Ryan Homes to build you a home - 100%. The process was as smooth as silk, from start to finish and even after we closed. During the process of building our home, we received weekly updates with videos of the progress. Which was great to see and share with our family. Ryan homes at Coble farms has been the easiest building process I’ve ever experienced!!! Heather In the sales office is fantastic & Her communication is above and beyond. I never felt like any question was a silly question and she made the experience fun. Kevin is our contractor and he has been more than informative. Heather Carper and Kevin Franck were great guides and advocates in our home buying adventure. Heather Carper definitely had our backs and supported us in catering to our needs. She is very pleasant and bubbly, and created an atmosphere of trust throughout this process. Kevin Franck was our project manager and was on top of it through the process.
