My wife and I had a great experience with Ryan homes between our sales person Dominique and our project manager Mattie everything was taken care of. They seemed to really care about us and our home purchasing experience. We love our home. We did have some minor issues after we moved in but after we let them know about it they came in and fixed the issues quickly. Huge shoutout to our incredible team at Ryan Homes! We officially closed on 7/10/25! Dominique (our sales rep) and Britt (our property manager) made this whole experience smoother than we ever expected. Their communication, support, and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful process into something exciting and manageable. Ya know... the office staff was top tier. Very friendly! Offered $6000 toward closing. Project Manager was a cool dude as well. But the build seemed to be a little, fast. We were excited to move into our first new home. Thankfully, we haven't had a ton of maintenance work needed. However, there are things that we can tell they rushed on. -We have a lot of chipping/peeling drywall. -Most corners upstairs are warped. -The biggy for me was the stove wasn't fully connected when it was installed. Dominique was great for us.. right out of the gate. Even being that “person” that showed up without an appointment and she helped us out. Since then she has accommodated us in our house building process and we are thankful for her.
