Building houses here , Amish built, nice location
BUYER BEWARE. Everyone may be nice but they're non responsive to major requests. I've been told for 9 months+ that they're going to regrade the yard since it turns into a swamp with the slightest moisture and is unusable. Can't get a fence, can't put out furniture. And still can't get any commitment on when it will be fixed. Total regret purchasing here. Not worth it and it barely appraised. Should have walked away then.
We were very happy with the overall process from start to finish. Everyone has been professional and very easy to work with and has helped us out with any questions along the way. We close on our new house next week and we are very excited!
