I moved down here from Mauldin last October. I love my home. I've only had a few issues but each time Kris Duncan with the warranty team has always made sure that I was taken care of. He has always made sure that he was physically present to see the issue and made sure to get it to whom it needs to go to. We have lived here for nearly 1 year now and love the neighborhood and the customer care. In the rare instances we have needed something fixed or have had an issue Kris is quick to respond and make sure you are taken care of. Kris and the customer care team go above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly and that you are well taken care of.
Collin was my salesman, Jose was my site manager, and Kris was my contact from warranty services. They were extremely professional and friendly throughout the whole process. Any concerns or issues I had that were brought to their attention was handled promptly, and with honesty and transparency. I am a happy home buyer thanks!
This is a shout out for Chris Duncan. I’ve had some issues with my house and he is always extremely kind, professional, and helpful. He went out and checked the water meter for me yesterday. Any questions I’ve had, Chris was able to answer. And he always asks me relevant questions that I wouldn’t think of, so that he knows how to help. If you need him, he comes as quickly as he can! I’m sure there are are a lot of people blowing up his phone, but he takes the time to call back and come out. Thank you Chris for all your help!
They don’t stand behind repairing the subpar quality of their homes. If you want a non functioning garage door, loose neutral connections on your electrical receptacles (fire hazard), and squeaky floor joists, then give this soulless company your business. I can’t imagine how poorly these houses will hold up in the future with all the issues I’ve had within two years of ownership. Will never recommend a play dough level quality house built by Ryan Homes. They don’t stand behind their product once you’ve lined their pockets.
