Sibel is nothing short of amazing ! She is like family now. She walked us through every step and provided good insight along the way. Her communication was great as well. Connor was and continues to be amazing as our project manager. Young but wise beyond his years and very informative. When ever an issue arises , he guides as or refers us to the appropriate person for warranty process.
I must start by saying, my house is NOT complete as of yet I have a few months to go but, from the very start, Sibel has been AMAZING!!! from the very start of this process. Upfront, communication on point and set me up with the best Loan officer ever! We had a little set back but they assured me that we will continue to make this dream a reality.
