Purchasing the Ryan homes at brookside greens (ranch) has been the best experience thanks to my project manager Eric Acord. He has gone out of his way to make sure everything is done. When I have had issues, he is fixed them immediately. He is professional and kind.
Honestly not bad house purchasing, and build process, so credit where credit is due. However after half a year of residency - over half a dozen items have needed repair, including a water issue - Marked as an emergency, which took about 3 weeks for Ryan's hired contractor to resolve. Would rate higher than 1 star, however the district manager telling me either to send my attorney or "tough luck" when bringing up a genuine electrical warranty concern was the last straw for me.
Very good intro to development and models.
