We just completed the initial stages of a home purchase at Brooks Landing and it has been a splendid process. Hind Baba, senior sales rep, has demonstrated outstanding competence in attending to all details in a very patient and thoughtful manner. She is attentive to all questions and answers them in an effective, timely manner. We would like to state how awesome the services of Ryan Homes have been in delivering a very well-constructed home in a beautiful community setting. While all of the common areas are not yet in place the construction process happening throughout Brooks Landing is almost seamless. It has not impeded the enjoyment of our home. The few issues we had at move-in - such as a missing blind, a loose kickplate on the dishwasher and other minor issues were all handled quickly. The home itself was everything we wanted and more.
