Ryan homes Office Managers don't act professionally. There is no communication about the closing date. Suddenly one day they sent the threatening email about cancellation of contract and taking all money paid so far, No proper reason. Even 20 days after receiving the letter now, they haven't provided settlement date officially yet. They try to force you to work with their own lender. Their lender charges you heavily and quote higher interest rates.
Mike Suydam is the best. He was a huge part of our decision to purchase our home. Mike ws very welcoming and never came off as bothered by any of the many questions we had. He was very patient with us and was always available to us throughout the entire process. We are very happy with our experience and our purchase.
