Originally gave bloom a 5 star review our first month in here. We’re 2.5 years in to living at bloom and our ceiling is leaking whenever we shower. Poor craftsmanship. Do not buy from Ryan Homes. I can’t stress enough how terrible the quality of this home is. Edit: Ryan homes came out and took a look at the leak. Leak is coming from the escutcheon plate from the pipe. Prior to service coming out, I noticed already that none of the escutcheon plates were sealed with any type of caulking on the bottom. I work with over a hundr... read more

Come purchase your Ryan Home; featuring pee on the floor at move in, no transparency on placements of hideous meters, where your property lines don’t make sense. The most disappointing experience from start to finish.
Love our new home in Bloom Village by Ryan Homes. Shannon was lovely to work with from the designing to our contractor Nick who kept us updated every step of the way.
