Johnny, the project manager for phase 2, which included our home, did a phenomenal job. He's on top of things and always follows through with requests and promises. He emailed me a detailed reply to my independent inspector's first report and follow-up emails of actions that were taken. For the final inspection report, he printed it out and notated all the actions he took.
