The Ryan Homes team at Bethel Ridge and in particular Blake who attended to me was exceptional all through my home purchase process. Great experience from “Ryan Homes” specifically the builders and the main guy over seeing everything Amel was our main contact when it came to anything wrong with the construction side of things. Instant response when I text him and always showed up as soon as he could to help. Blake on the Relator side of it was amazing as well did everything fast and kept in constant contact about updates and pictures.
The experience we had with the builder was just amazing! Amel had been so great with communication and giving us the best customer service. The constant photos and walk through videos made us feel so involved with the process! Our only complaint is the sales side did not communicate the fridge style would change if we picked the black package and the fridge that was installed was 5 inches too small for the kitchen space.
