Absolutely disappointed in our home here. Just two months after our warranty expired our tile cracked in 4 places not to mention the crack in the grout goes from the dining all the way to the living room. Our powder room wall was bowed and when I contacted the contractor day after we closed all they said was oops you have to contact warranty on that. The worse part of this community. Is the parking. Some days it’s hard to drive through let alone walk on the side walk.and people and work vehicles zooming though. How can you b... read more
Completely disappointed in purchasing this home. My husband and I were SO excited when we chose Bear Creek after our military retirement .. and that quickly ended. The parking is horrendous and the HOA and Builders are pointing fingers at eachother. The sidewalks are unusable due to people parking on them ALL DAY! There is absolutely no pride in the neighborhood with animal waste all over the common areas. Buyers remorse is an understatement.
