Still early in the process and my wife has taken more of the lead. But John has been very personable, professional and made our process feel at ease. Construction has not started so alot has to be done but so far I am pleased.

Our initial contact at the model home with Chris and Zach was very welcoming. I had look at this particular model "Grand Cayman" in several states and communities. The minutes I came to this community, we were done looking. It has everything that we want in a community, i.e., dog park, pickle ball, pool and close to the beach.
