Nice neighborhood.
Lovely homes
Nice staff, but the neighborhood still has a ways to go. No 'lake' even though it's Barr Lake. No pool or any other amenities even though HOA charges for them. Lots of construction traffic. I like the area, but the houses are too big for such small lots.
