Ryan Homes built my home in PSL in 2018. The price and location were right but a one year home warranty is useless. The house has settled and tile has cracked along the settlement lines throughout the house. Same goes for cracking in the walls. The highest grade carpeting had stretched and has frayed ends. In replacing carpet in 2 rooms, in addition to uneven floors, the house is not quite square, so that angled cuts were necessary to lay a straight line with new flooring.
