just walking in and meeting Alicia I felt right at Home. Alicia was excited to meet us and had a very Happy positive attitude which was very refreshing. My experience with Ryan Homes at Arden Woods has been nothing but spectacular. Alicia Reckart has been nothing but professional, polite and accommodating. She even showed me my Townhome on THANKSGIVING because I was from out of state!! She remained immediately accessible and helpful for every question on her days off too. I really like that the model you meet the staff in is exactly like the one you buy. There are 3 options of upgrade. And Logan Kinley whom I’m working with is professional and kind. I’m happy with the location. It’s close to a lot of different interests. Townhome is definitely the route I wanted to go but there’s a lot of houses too if that’s your preference. I highly recommend Ryan Homes Arden Wood Townhomes!
