Landon is top notch/class A with customer service, communication, accuracy, punctual, honest, understanding, knowledgeable, patience, and with all of that he has a warm pleasant smile. I must stay Ryan Homes knows how to built homes and picks the best project managers to run it. I'm very happy and satisfied with my home and Landon overseeing my house. I’m so late with our review but I have not yet to forget about Alicia Reckart. She was such a joy to work with and teach us about own our very first home. She stated in contact with us to update us on the prices of the homes and when there was a sale, discount or deal. It was a pleasure to meet her !
As I’m writing this review, I’m still in such awe! I went from answering a few questions from a QR code in the mail from Ryans Homes to scheduling a tour the very next day. Alicia Reckart is so amazing and was even more amazing throughout the whole process. I had zero knowledge of home buying but she patiently walked me through everything. The whole team is so accommodating and patient. I highly recommended Ryan’s Homes especially if it’s your first time.
just walking in and meeting Alicia I felt right at Home. Alicia was excited to meet us and had a very Happy positive attitude which was very refreshing. Alicia did not pressure us and allowed us to walk around and did help us with any questions we had. When we asked a Question Alicia was very knowledgeable and professional and answered all our Questions.
