A motion sensor activated alarm at the Anderson Square Townhomes new build site at the corner of Spencer and Anderson in NoDa has been disrupting sleep and neighborhood peace for months now. It regularly sounds when workers arrive to the site in the morning, throughout the day, into the late evenings, and on weekends. Started off fine, but the end of the process was extremely disappointing. They didn’t actually close out the items from our blue tape walk and I have had to finish those items out myself. They also have no control over their own construction site so be prepared to get blocked from getting in or out of your garage on a regular basis. If I had to do it again I’d pick a different builder.
