Just purchased our town home at Anderson Farms. This community is in the beginning stages. We have been looking for quite some time. This development checked all our boxes we were looking for. The sales people were very helpful. I want to point out that Merlin who we met when we stopped in a day early prior to our appointment, was very helpful and accommodating. We just moved into our new home at Anderson Farm and we are beyond thrilled. Merlin was wonderful to deal with. He went above and beyond to answer any and all questions. He treated us like family and even came over on move in day to give us welcome to the neighborhood hugs. Brian was also fabulous. He did our new home orientation and was always keeping us updated and always so helpful and ready with answers to questions at any time.
