I would like to give a HUGE kudos and show appreciation for Joe Lopez for holding on and being a great support for my roller coaster ride! I wanted every type of home in the community and just couldn’t make up my mind, time frames didn’t work, and I even went as far as applying for mortgage and backed out! I had the best experience working with Joe Lopez as my sales consultant. He was kind, thorough, educated on the property and very professional. Buying a home can be a scary endeavor, Joe made it seemless. After buying the home, Rob Mock, the contractor, walked me through every detail of the home. He even came by a month after I moved in to fix the door. That is great customer service. Thank you Joe and Rob for making this experience so wonderful!!!!!
