The homes itself look nice but are cheaply constructed. you will be stressed with disrespectful neighbors. Who don't put their trash in the trash cans. Drop it in your yard or driveway, allow their pets to go to the bathroom in your yard and in the community slab of grass. (But the community doesn't cut and edge the plot of grass in front of your home) they have a so called doggie park to walk their dogs but would rather mess up other people's yard and common areas.
