Horrible situation, especially with 4 people & an 18-month baby. Settlement almost 3 months now. 2nd leak from my living room ceiling. The warranty team came the first time fixed the problem and left a mess for us to clean up. The ceiling drywall work is terrible for a job done by “professionals”. This 2nd leak is due to 2 failed water connections in the ceiling. It’s 8/5/24 now & I submitted a warranty claim on 7/29/24. Ryan Homes has apparently been giving our company number to their customers so that they call us for service calls and to order bits and pieces of cabinetry in the brand we both sell. This is unprofessional and Builders should not be able to buy cabinets directly from the manufacturers if they refuse to honor warranties and service the customers who bought their homes.
