Preserve Inniscrone Avondale Pa. For 15 years, since new, every time we get heavy rain our house GFCI trips, disabling all exterior outlets and garage door and yes, numerous attempts were made to fix this, but NVR's superior electrical subcontracting choices have made this a perpetual no win situation. Forgot to mention the windows they installed magnify sunlight with such intensity that it causes small brush fires to the adjacent homes' landscaping or melts their siding.
I wanted to live in my (New) Ryan home (Sadler Trace Jacksonville Fl) before leaving an honest review. I have been in my NEW home only one week. In one week I’ve discovered ants all around my home. Like the walls from the outside coming inside the home wasn’t sealed properly! Secondly, EVERY NIGHT about an hour after I take a shower, I hear a motor start to run and water just starts dripping from my shower for no reason! Terrible customer service and communication. Don't buy a home from them. You'll regret it.
Sent an email to Crystal to stop pay, guess she does not read emails. Was sent an amount to pay. And by the looks from these reviews, there’s a massive amount of room for improvement.
