Terrible customer service and communication. Don't buy a home from them. You'll regret it.
Sent an email to Crystal to stop pay, guess she does not read emails. Was sent an amount to pay. And by the looks from these reviews, there’s a massive amount of room for improvement.
I witnessed contractors partying in the empty houses late at night, multiple instances of subcontractors stealing materials, and vendors who were completely dismissive of noise ordinances (6am to 11pm?!) - which definitely impacted quality of life during the year our neighborhood was being built. The project manager had zero control and did little to stop the safety and noise issues.
