Fine. Just went to CVS. Although that is the worse parking lot configuration even conceived.
Very nice area, good for family, especially in summer time. Few restaurants and fast food, some small stores and few chain stores, plus so many offices in 3 big buildings are there. There are several parking spaces, and few for electric cars.
Please see my updates. More pictures and dollar amounts for our out of pocket repairs! My response to comment left. I contacted your warranty department and they closed out 3 years of requesting repairs and stated I needed to report the issue in the first year to be covered! Even for foundations, wow!!! Well, I did report some of the issues that got worse! I was told these issues are not covered. My Ryan home is falling apart and its less then 2 years old. If anybody is reading this please choose another builder. Just look into there complaints. I spent almost 900k on my "forever home" and its the biggest regret of my life. They don't care anything about you. They will lie to try and get out of everything and unless you take them to court they wont fix there big mistakes. Let me start by saying that I had a great time in the beginning of our build. After we closed we had all kinds of problems, so because of the issues I was directed to this office. My home was built in Edinburgh, Indiana. When I received a phone call back from this office, the gentleman laughed at my concern. He stated he couldn't help me. This concern with my new home..... cost me $30,000. .... I wasn't laughing. I do not recommend this builder
