After living in my Ryan home for one full year, I can honestly say this has been the worst home buying experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve bought three homes. The build quality was extremely disappointing, with peeling vinyl siding, poor quality concrete on the driveway and sidewalks, and landscaping that was subpar from the start. The sod never took. Fine. Just went to CVS. Although that is the worse parking lot configuration even conceived.
Very nice area, good for family, especially in summer time. Few restaurants and fast food, some small stores and few chain stores, plus so many offices in 3 big buildings are there. There are several parking spaces, and few for electric cars.
Please see my updates. More pictures and dollar amounts for our out of pocket repairs! My response to comment left. I contacted your warranty department and they closed out 3 years of requesting repairs and stated I needed to report the issue in the first year to be covered! Even for foundations, wow!!! Well, I did report some of the issues that got worse! I was told these issues are not covered. My Ryan home is falling apart and its less then 2 years old. If anybody is reading this please choose another builder. Just look into there complaints. I spent almost 900k on my "forever home" and its the biggest regret of my life. They don't care anything about you. They will lie to try and get out of everything and unless you take them to court they wont fix there big mistakes.
