Dr Ryan Harold performed 2 reverse total shoulder replacements on me during a 4 month period. He was outstanding in his surgical experience and even had a custom shoulder implant made where my bone was insufficient! I have no pain anymore and total use of both shoulders that I have not had in years because of arthritis and deterioration! Dr Harold is a miracle worker. I highly recommend him!
Appointment was right on time, staff person was positively supportive and friendly. Dr Harold was seeing me for very sore R shoulder and he listened to my detailed explanation closely and then proceeded to have me place my R arm in various positions and he held my elbow and moved my arm several ways. He paid very close attention to my reaction for each movement. Outstanding office first time appointment
