I was admitted to the hospital, put in a room and was in horrible pain. The nurse had sent him a message to be able to get me pain meds. He did not respond to her messages and left me in pain for hrs. I was waiting on surgery and throwing up from pain. My blood pressure went off the charts, when the nurse called him to let him know he did respond back. I told him that morning when he showed up in my shared room he was fired. It’s annoying to show up to your appointment, check in to be told. Your Dr called in sick. Now I fully understand these this happen! But is also courteous of a business to advise the patient their appointment has to be rescheduled before arriving! I’m exercising my right to find a new Dr. 🤷🏽♂️ If I could leave 0 stars I would.
I'm a new patient at PPC and just met Doctor Ryan last week. He was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get established with a great doctor.
