Extremely rude and slow staff, ridiculously long hold times when calling in, only ever one doctor working so it takes no less than 30 minutes to be seen no matter how many patients are in the waiting/exam rooms, the staff in charge of blood draws have no idea what they're doing which results in them poking you 3-4 times in both arms just to fill a couple small vials of blood, when you finally see the doctor no matter which doctor it is they all make you wait forever to be seen then spend at most
