I live on St. Charles Ave where this company is currently constructing a condo complex. I would LOVE to know why this company DOES NOT have to obey the noise ordinance in New Orleans. Work has taken place at 2:00 am on several mornings causing sleepless nights for people that work. I have several videos with sound of this happening.
