I had some questions relating to Copyright and copyright law and lawsuits and Ryan took the time to talk to me on the phone at no charge as a preliminary conversation. he was very transparent and at my request talked to me in very "non-legal-mumbo-jumo" talk so that I could understand better and not be confused by legal terms. I also had some limited time in my busy schedule to talk and he was willing to work around the tiny bit of free time I had available.
