I called Ryan after calling about 10 other law offices who did not pick up the phone, and he took the time to listen to my situation and guide me in the right direction, which is much more than I was expecting. The call ended up being 30 minutes long. He gave me his rates which are very fair, but one of the details of my case had him point me to seek legal counsel in another state. I had some questions relating to Copyright and copyright law and lawsuits and Ryan took the time to talk to me on the phone at no charge as a preliminary conversation. he was very transparent and at my request talked to me in very "non-legal-mumbo-jumo" talk so that I could understand better and not be confused by legal terms. I also had some limited time in my busy schedule to talk and he was willing to work around the tiny bit of free time I had available.
Ryan took the time to speak with me regarding a trademark for my company which I was being pushed to do though a scam that he informed me about.
