Don’t work for this company. A lot of the people who work here are related which is a major conflict of interest in construction. They just laid off all the carpenters that weren’t part of the inner (family) circle.

Jason Martin one of Ryan's Superintendents is pleasure to work with. He is honest, excellent communicator, and professional. We had some issues with another subcontractor on the Alderwood Community Church project that really affected my work as the painter. Jason did everything he could to help us through that. Also Bill Lentz the project manager approved all of our extra work and change orders. The guy is also super easy to work with. I plan to do more painting with Ryan GC. I would recommend them to any subcontractor.
