Dr Gegg was so friendly and personable. My younger daughter has had major sinus issues. We visited Dr Gegg's office about 2 years ago. He advised she would need turbinate reduction and adenoids removal. He used a scope ever so gently, it was pleasant for my little one. Not sure why providers send requests for reviews before you even get home. Hard to say if it was a success or not. But since they asked … Saw him a year or so ago and he was multitasking on his Apple Watch. “He had surgery and patients he was taking care of.” Walked out with an expensive steroid spray that didn’t address the problem.. I have now come to see Dr Tuper three times and have never been seen on time for my appointment. Each time has been over an hour wait.
Egotistical, look at me type of individual. That best describes my experience with Dr. Gegg. If he spent half the time listening or forming an actual diagnosis as he does trying to sell you an implant, maybe I wouldn't have had to endure the pain and suffering over the last 2‐3 years. Was told "I've got nothing for you" and what I was feeling was "medically impossible ". He was wrong. A competent doctor diagnosed and corrected the issue. I found him to be irritable and not patient without the proper equipment to rule out certain conditions. A total waste of resources and time for me.
