Hi my name is Ms. Sharon, I first met Dr. Gegg in the emergency heading towards surgery as he was coming to operate on me. I had a nightmarish fall where I honestly could have lost my eye. I heard from the ER doc that this injury which was ripping my right lid from eye lashes to hairline. And this wonderful surgeon who is now part of my team of specialists. My experience at the Santa Rosa office was very disappointing. The office itself was not clean, and the overall professionalism of the staff left a lot to be desired. When I was at the front desk, the employee actually had to transfer me to someone else because she needed to use the restroom. That was certainly an unusual first impression. I specifically chose this physician because he is an OD and I expected to receive the level of care and attention associated with that.
