I have now come to see Dr Tuper three times and have never been seen on time for my appointment. Each time has been over an hour wait.
Egotistical, look at me type of individual. That best describes my experience with Dr. Gegg. If he spent half the time listening or forming an actual diagnosis as he does trying to sell you an implant, maybe I wouldn't have had to endure the pain and suffering over the last 2‐3 years. Was told "I've got nothing for you" and what I was feeling was "medically impossible ". He was wrong. A competent doctor diagnosed and corrected the issue. I found him to be irritable and not patient without the proper equipment to rule out certain conditions. A total waste of resources and time for me.
Dr Gegg and staff are world class! I am beyond happy to have found an amazing ENT for my son. My son had a scope put down his nose, never in a million years did I think he would allow a doctor to do that. Dr Gegg and his assistant ( Regretfully forgot her name) made my son feel so comfortable and at ease! We even had fun videotaping the process and joking around. Thank you both for being a great team and taking care of my son like family! Ms Debbie at the front desk is a sweetheart! 🥰
I have been blessed to have world-class healthcare, and Dr. Gegg is world class by and measure. He has a kindness and realness about him that make you feel like you are talking to a dear friend. Someone said, “"A good doctor treats the disease; a great doctor treats the patient who has the disease." That describes Dr. Grgg. He treats the patient!
