If I could, I would rate zero stars two years for a single motion to be completed, and when the state responded, this attorney, Mr. Garvey never replied to the state, so the judge ruled in the favor of the state due to the no response. Most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered I paid him in full the day of hire. Been through maybe 20 paralegals in the last year ,he cannot hold onto anybody due to his professional conduct. I was so fortunate to hire Ryan Garvey as my attorney for a misdemeanor case!Ryan was very available for me in supporting me through the process !As the case turned out Ryan was successful in getting the charges dismissed and my record expunged from all charges ! I am so thankful to Ryan for his knowledge and his ability to achieve such a positive outcome !
Not professional at all. I had given them my sons case. me and my son have called their office several time and asked to speak with Mr Garvey it has been 6 months we are trying to get hold of him but he is extremely busy and don’t care to call his Client who has paid him $20000 in fees.
*UPDATE* With the help of the State Bar of Arizona, Ryan gave me my money back. After 3 times of saying its in the mail and on the way, and 3 times the State Bar of Arizona had to ask where its at on my behalf, it showed up almost 4 weeks later. Ryan over payed me by $500 and included a note to say he's sorry for the inconvenience. I was asked to remove this review, that I agreed to do...just hoping something would happen.(I regret agreeing tbh) But this is what I'm gonna do, and think is fair.
