Ryan did a wonderful job for us on the sale of our home in Rockport . The property was part of an estate sale, and we needed extra support to take care of many little details as we were out of state. He helped us find contractors to keep the property looking good during the marketing process and provided sage advice during negotiations. He also came up with a brilliant idea to break the property up and sell off part of the land as an extra lot. This increased the total sale by about 20%. I would highly recommend him.
