If I could give no stars I would. My mom had been scheduled on Monday, July 27th for a follow up appointment from her recent ankle surgery. We got a call that day to reschedule for Wednesday, July 29th because she had been scheduled with the PA by accident. Not really a great start. Because she has to use a wheelchair we had to arrange transport with OC Access. They require drop off and pick up to be scheduled ahead of time so I called to ask how long the appointment would take. They were not able to repair my shoulder, although he gave me a shot in my shoulder and referred me to a specialist
I'm so happy with this practice especially the Doctor. Xrays, consult, and treatment in the same visit, WOW. I feel better already. Really nice facility, plenty of shaded parking. I wish I could give more stars.
