Great surgeon with a gentle bedside manner. His support team however (surgical and referral coordinators) refuse to respond to voicemails. I've learned to bypass them and ask Dr. Fan or his PA Ritt directly during appointments instead, which makes me wonder, how much wasted overhead costs are going towards those roles. I bet the practice office manager isn't willing to put in the work to find out the answer.
