Whoever the secretary here is who answered the phone 05/11/2022 at 12:25pm absolutely rude and needs a lesson in customer service and patient care!!! I will absolutely be reporting this and moving higher up with my complaint . As someone taking care of communication in regards to someone’s loved one it is NECESSARY to have kindness or at least LISTEN .
